Training SL. My internship in Real Estate

As my internship ends, I find myself reflecting on the experiences and lessons learned during this exhilarating ride. Working at Training SL, a spanish real state company, has been an eye-opening experience into the world of real estate marketing and digital innovation. From the first day, I was immersed in the dynamics of social media advertising for rental properties. Each day was coming with new challenges and learning opportunities, pushing me to grow professionally and creatively.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned here is the art of creating compelling digital marketing strategies. It’s not just about posting content; it’s about strategically capturing the attention and inspiring action. I’ve gained insights into how platforms like Instagram and Facebook can significantly affect audience perceptions and engagement. Understanding their characteristics has been crucial in doing my project and effective marketing campaigns.

Would I recommend this internship to others? Totally! Although Real Estate is not for everyone, (I myself had doubts about it) it turns out it is an exciting world full communication challenges and more!! Also, going abroad and living in a different country is part of the experience, and I have to say, it was not always easy to adapt, but it was completely worth it! Coming back to my home country has been an amazing experience.

Training SL gave me an enriching environment where I learnt so much. The team’s passion for innovation and dedication make it an ideal place for anyone looking to explore real estate and digital marketing.

During my internship, I had the opportunity to conduct research on how different social media platforms affect audience recall and interest in property advertisements. The findings showed me how Instagram posts consistently sparked higher content interest compared to Facebook, highlighting the platform’s visual appeal and engagement potential. This is important and useful research for real estate companies, and I am very happy I was able to study this topic. The company and I chose this research topic together and it is gratifying to see my recommendations shaping their approach to social media marketing. Contributing directly to the company’s growth and success has been a rewarding experience.

As I say goodbye to Training SL, I carry with me knowledge, newfound skills, and great memories. This internship has not only prepared me for the challenges ahead but has also sparked a passion for real estate marketing.

Thank you for joining me on this exciting journey at Training SL!
